Timmie Wang leads Leadership Coaching for BCG’s North America region, where she and her team design and scale coaching support that drives development, performance, and change across the organization.

A former bioengineer turned strategist, Timmie’s professional life has spanned corporate strategy, entrepreneurship, and leadership development. Through it all, her core focus has remained people-centered transformation. She has advised Boards, senior leaders, and functional teams on efforts ranging from individual growth to enterprise-wide change. In her current role, she is focused on expanding coaching culture, supporting internal talent, and evolving how BCG builds leadership capacity at scale.

Timmie is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) who is especially intrigued by the intersections of somatics and AI with coaching and development. A second-generation Taiwanese American and mother of multiracial children, she brings various lived perspectives and a deep commitment to building systems that are both strategic and human.
