Day 1: Culture

Day 1 will introduce you to Culture. Learn how to align culture with organizational success, as well as how to spot culture patterns that are roadblocks in organizational effectiveness.

Day 2: Leadership

Day 2 will dive into the experience of leadership and how it intersects with culture, looking at inspiring and brave leadership when in moments of profound change.

Day 3: Diversity

Day 3 focuses on diversity. As we reflect on our learnings in culture and leadership, what does our unique and diverse superpower bring to the table for our team?

More About GLF 2023

ICF takes pride in the work of our volunteers. You are the backbone of our organization and are central to our mission and vision. Like the impact of coaching, your contributions ripple out to the individuals you serve at ICF. And the impact of those contributions spread further across the larger ICF ecosystem and into your communities and society.

We want to equip you with the tools and resources to amplify that impact and widen the ripple effect. For this year’s ICF Global Leaders Forum (GLF), we are inviting all volunteer leaders across the ICF ecosystem to help us create a more diverse, inclusive culture that spreads a positive impact throughout ICF, the coaching profession and the world. Will you join us?

GLF 2023 will empower you to become a better leader, as well as a better ambassador for ICF and the global coaching profession, so that you can better empower the world through coaching.
