Jamie Notter

Jamie Notter is an author, consultant, and culture strategist at PROPEL, where he helps leaders create amazing workplace cultures that drive greater performance and impact. He brings 30 years of experience to his work, designing and managing culture, and along the way, he has specialized in areas like conflict resolution and generations.
In 2014, he joined forces with Maddie Grant to create a workplace culture consultancy, originally named Culture That Works. Together, they pioneered the work of culture design, which included creating the WorkXO culture assessment that they later sold to QuestionPro. In 2020, their company rebranded as PROPEL and expanded their offerings to include business coaching and online learning.
Jamie is the co-author of three books — Humanize, When Millennials Take Over, and The Non-Obvious Guide to Employee Engagement. He holds a master’s degree in conflict resolution from George Mason University and a certificate in organization development from Georgetown University, where he serves as adjunct faculty.

Debbie Trueblood

Debbie Trueblood, MSW, FASAE, IOM, CAE, has served professional associations for more than 20 years. She is currently a senior consultant with Association Management Center (AMC), supporting associations with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI); ethics; governance; strategic planning; and member engagement. She is also leading a research team at AMC, along with Texas A&M University, to create the American Society of Association Executives (ASAE) Foundation's upcoming DEI Index for associations.
Previously, Debbie served as an executive director for six associations. Under her leadership, one of her former associations received four ASAE Power of A awards, including one for a DEI program, which was later rolled out nationally. Debbie received her former association’s Diversity Icon Award in 2019. She was also a recipient of the Association Forum’s “Forty Under Forty” award.
She currently serves on the boards for ASAE, the National Association of Park Foundations (NAPF), and the MacMurray College Foundation and Alumni Association board.
