We are seeking proposals who can partner with us to create an exceptional attendee experience for ICF Converge 2025, which will be offered as both an in-person and virtual event.
More than that, presenting at ICF Converge gives you the opportunity to share your unique insights, techniques, expertise, knowledge and inspiration with your peers.

By submitting a proposal, you'll have the opportunity to stand out as a thought leader and connect with fellow professionals who are passionate about exploring and accelerating all coaching can do.

- Provide engaging, interactive opportunities for participants to actively learn and connect.
- Incorporate important themes of diversity, equity, inclusion, belonging, and sustainability.
Am I Eligible?
ICF members and non-members are both welcome to submit proposals, and submitting a proposal is completely free! If your presentation is selected, you’ll be required to register for the full conference at a discounted rate of 30% off the standard registration fee. (Please note, the exact registration fees are forthcoming.)
3 Things to Consider
- Session Format: Choose the best way to deliver your message and captivate your audience.
- Content Theme: Align your session with the conference’s overarching focus, making sure it speaks to one of the themes that matter most to attendees.
- Content Level: Tailor your material to meet the needs and experience level of your audience.
Session Formats
45-Minute Presentation
These flexible sessions can include formal presentations, case studies, or panel discussions. Panels are limited to three presenters maximum. All 45-minute sessions will be recorded and part of the virtual conference package.
90-Minute Learning Lab
These interactive workshops feature hands-on exercises that enable participants to put theory into practice. Due to their participatory nature, Learning Labs will not be recorded or included in the virtual conference package.
Poster Session
NEW IN 2025!
This format allows presenters to share their insights through visual presentations while engaging directly with attendees in meaningful conversations.
Pre-Conference Workshop
These three-hour intensive sessions on October 23 offer and in-depth exploration of key topics. They must include interactive components and will not be included in the virtual conference package.
