Scholarships

ICF Coaching Education is happy to provide up to 10 scholarships for the ICF Imagine: Global Conference on Coaching Education and Training. 

  • Five scholarships based on financial need
  • Five scholarships to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and justice for applicants from underrepresented groups

Scholarships will cover the advance registration fee for the ICF Imagine Conference on October 25-27, 2022. 

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must hold an active ICF Credential (ACC, PCC, or MCC) by application deadline
  • Must demonstrate financial need and/or be a member of an underrepresented group or region within ICF
  • Must demonstrate commitment to furthering the work of coaching education and coach training  
  • Must complete entire application by August 15, 2022
  • All communications related to the application, selection and administration of these scholarships will be conducted in English.

Terms & Conditions

Registration   

Registration and participation are limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.   

 

Virtual Platform  

The International Coaching Federation (ICF) will be using an event platform for ICF Imagine 2022. You will register for the event on the ICF website.  After registering, you will receive access to the event platform one month prior to the event.    

Refunds will not be given to those who do not have access to proper devices and/or connections.   

 

Payment and Inclusions   

Full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration.   

Cancellation and Refund Policy   

  • No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.   

  • Cancellations received in writing between June 1, 2022 and October 21, 2022, will receive a 50% refund, minus a $50 administrative fee. 

  • Cancellations received in writing after October 21, 2022 will not receive a refund. 

  • If cancelling for medical reasons, please submit a doctor’s note of explanation along with your written request.  ICF will refund the full registration fee minus a $50 administrative fee. 

  • Attendees are allowed to transfer their registration to someone else by October 21, 2022.  

 

Official Language/Interpretation Services   

The official language of ICF Imagine 2022 is English.  All materials will be provided in English, and interpretation services will not be provided.  

 

Program/Schedule Changes   

For reasons beyond the control of ICF, it may be necessary to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks. ICF is not liable for any changes.   

 

Code of Conduct   

Attendees are expected to behave professionally. Obscene language and abusive or threatening behavior directed to any other series attendee, speaker, ICF staff or personnel is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated.   

 

Proprietary Rights of ICF and Subject Matter Experts   

By registering for ICF Imagine 2022, you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International Coach Federation ("ICF") at ICF's events or in ICF’s literary or digital works are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ICF, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit or create derivative works from such materials or content. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ICF’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ICF. Permission is granted in ICF’s sole discretion.   

By attending the ICF Imagine 2022, you consent that your likeness, captured by questions, commentary, photo or video, can be used by ICF for promotional purposes in print, video and online.   

 

Handouts and Materials   

Handouts, whenever provided by the presenters, will be made available for download from the event platform.    

 

Privacy Policy

Disclaimer   

Presenters alone are responsible for the content of their respective program, presentations and/or handouts which are offered for informational purposes only. The views and opinions expressed in the sessions are not necessarily those of ICF and are not endorsed by ICF. ICF disclaims any and all legal liability or responsibility for the content expressed in the sessions or materials distributed as a part of the session.   

 

Damages and Liability   

ICF accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage to the attendee’s property or injury or death to the attendee’s employees, agents or representatives arising from or in connection with this series.   

 

Antitrust   

ICF recognizes all state and federal antitrust laws.   

 

Failure to Perform   

ICF shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
