As coaches, we know the power of service — how it can inspire growth and positively impact the world.

We’re excited to invite you to participate in Pack with Purpose, a meaningful community service initiative taking place during expo hours in the exhibitor hall at Converge 25. This hands-on activity brings attendees together to assemble hygiene kits that will be donated to support individuals in need.

To participate, simply visit the booths of participating exhibitors—each one will provide a specific item for the kits. This gives you a chance to connect directly with exhibitors while contributing to a great cause. Volunteers will be on hand to welcome you and encourage participation, and additional station helpers will assist with distributing materials and collecting completed kits. Once you’ve assembled a kit, you’ll be entered into a drawing for free registration to the next Converge event.

Creating a meaningful conference experience shouldn’t come at the planet’s expense.

Through Hilton’s Meet with Purpose program, we’ve partnered with the Hilton Bayfront Hotel to assess and track the environmental impact of this year’s event. We’ll estimate key factors like carbon emissions, energy use, water consumption, and waste to better understand our footprint.

But we’re not stopping there. Empowered with that insight, we’re collaborating on eco-friendly solutions, such as climate-conscious menus, waste reduction initiatives, community service opportunities, and food donation programs (where legally allowed).

By choosing partners who prioritize environmental responsibility, we’re shaping an event that reflects the care and consciousness of our global coaching community. Every step we take brings us closer to a more sustainable future — together.
