More About BDWS 22

In 2022, coaches will face new challenges and opportunities for growth as they work to develop their businesses. Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we've seen the coaching profession grow exponentially – more than ever, individuals are turning to coaches for a partner in navigating our changing world. More than ever, we are seeing coaching become an integral part of a thriving society.

Whether you are a new coach developing your practice, or an experienced coach who is ready to expand, the ICF Business Development Workshop Series 2022 (BDWS 22) has something to offer you!

Join CEO of Reach Personal Branding and motivational speaker, William Arruda and other subject matter experts for BDWS 22. This year's event features two content tracks across three themes, creating education opportunities tailored to your experience level and interests.

This year's event will feature two content tracks – Launch and Grow. Launch sessions will focus on the fundamentals and best practices for creating a thriving coaching business. Then, for coaches who are looking to expand and further develop their practice, the Grow track will focus on strategies for expanding business reach. BDWS 22 attendees can attend sessions on either or both tracks and will be able to revisit all the series' content for up to three years of continued learning.

BDWS will be held virtually beginning February 14, 2022 and concluding in June 2022. The content tracks at this year's event will span the three themes of BDWS 22 – Define, Position and Expand – according to the following schedule:

  • February: Define

  • April: Position

  • June: Expand

Within each month of the series, attendees will have access to on-demand learning opportunities, live Q&As, Ask Me Anything sessions and live chats with speakers and other BDWS attendees.

In March and May, attendees are encouraged to meet with their accountability partners to discuss and practice what they've learned. During this time, ICF will provide templates, talking points and micro-sessions for continued learning opportunities with subject matter experts.
