What is the difference between the two Program Tracks?
BDWS 22 is organized into two content tracks, Launch and Grow. BDWS 22 attendees can attend sessions in either or both tracks and will be able to revisit all the series' content for up to three years of continued learning.
-
Launch sessions will focus on the fundamentals and best practices for creating a thriving coaching business.
-
For coaches who are looking to expand and further develop their practice, the Grow track will focus on strategies for expanding business reach.
How is the Content Organized over the Five Months?
BDWS content is spread out over five months to allow participants to both learn new concepts and apply them throughout the program. New content will be released in the months of February, April and June with individual and group business planning occurring in March and May. The content tracks for this year's event will span the three themes of BDWS 22 – Define, Position and Expand – according to the following schedule:
-
February: Define
-
April: Position
-
June: Expand
Within each month of the series, attendees will have access to on-demand learning opportunities, live Q&As, Ask Me Anything sessions and live chats with speakers and other BDWS attendees.
What happens in March and May?
March and May are when REAL work begins. This is when you can meet with an accountability partner to help you build on the concepts learned and turn them into action.
What are Accountability Partners & Accountability Group Discussions?
-
Upon registration, participants are encouraged to sign up to be matched with an Accountability Partner with whom they will meet during the course of the series. These meetings will enable participants to discuss and practice what they've learned. Every effort will be made to accommodate matches in geographic and practice area. (Request for pairings that occur after the program begins will be made on a case-by-case basis based on availability of suitable matches.)
-
ICF will provide templates and talking points to help jumpstart your business planning and accountability discussions.

Live Accountability Group Discussions will provide opportunities to meet other peers to discuss sessions and swap ideas. During these sessions, participants will be placed in random breakout groupings to encourage networking.
