Terms & Conditions
Registration
Registration and participation is limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
Virtual Platform
The ICF will be using an event platform for the 2022 Business Development Workshop Series. You will register for the series on the ICF Website. After registration, you will receive access to the event platform the week before the first session.
Refunds will not be given to those who do not have access to proper devices and/or connections.
Payment and Inclusions
Full payment of the registration fee is required at the time of registration.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
No-shows will not qualify for a refund of fees.
Official Language/Interpretation Services
The official language of the 2022 Business Development Workshop Series is English. All materials will be provided in English and interpretation services will not be provided.
Program/Schedule Changes
For reasons beyond the control of the ICF, it may be necessary to change program content, speakers and/or time blocks. The ICF is not liable for any changes.
Code of Conduct
Attendees are expected to behave professionally. Obscene language, abusive or threatening behavior directed to any other series attendee, speaker, ICF staff or personnel is not conducive to a learning environment and will not be tolerated.
Proprietary Rights of the ICF and Subject Matter Experts
By registering for the 2022 Business Development Workshop Series, you acknowledge and agree that all content and materials made available by the International Coach Federation ("ICF") at ICF's events or in ICF’s literary or digital works are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by ICF, you agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content. Reproduction, copying, creation of derivative works, or redistribution for commercial purposes of any materials or design elements of ICF’s intellectual property is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of ICF. Permission is granted in ICF’s sole discretion.
By attending the 2022 Business Development Workshop Series, you consent that your likeness, captured by questions, commentary, photo or video, can be used by ICF for promotional purposes in print, video and online.
Handouts and Materials
Handouts, whenever provided by the presenters, will be made available for download from the event platform.

Failure to Perform
ICF shall not be liable for any failure to perform or any delay in performing its obligations if the failure or delay is due directly or indirectly to any cause beyond the reasonable control of the organization, its employees, agents or representatives which shall include, but is not limited to, the following Acts of God: fire, flood, explosion, accident, civil disturbance or emergency or periods of armed conflict.
