As part of the BDWS22 program you will receive a complimentary Premium account to the 360Reach Personal Brand Survey (normally US$97). The official launch for this updated version of 360Reach will be in May, but you will have early access in April! In fact, you will be the first group to use the all-new 360Reach. 360Reach is a product that was developed by your BDWS22 host, William Arruda for his company, CareerBlast.TV.

The 360Reach survey will help you understand how you’re perceived by those who know you. It’s a critical part of the personal branding process and provides data that will be valuable to you as you validate your self-perceptions and build your practice.

We will be sending 360Reach registration details to BDWS22 participants beginning on April 18th. If you don’t receive yours by April 30th, please check your Spam/Junk folders. If you still can’t find it, please send an email to support@careerblast.tv and indicate that you are a BDWS22 participant.

With 360Reach, you will receive a custom Reputation Report with a detailed analysis of the feedback you received along with a Video Coaching Companion (VCC) you can use to glean the greatest insights and create your action plan. If you’re working with an accountability partner, share your completed VCC pdf with your partner and coach each other through your results and action plan. Enjoy the process! We rarely get the opportunity to get this kind of feedback. 360Reach will provide valuable insights that you’ll be able to use to grow and expand your coaching practice. If you have any questions, please email support@careerblast.tv.

While you wait for your registration details:

  1. Make a list of people from whom you want feedback. You will want to send 360Reach requests for feedback to at least 25 people who touch different aspects of your life (friends, colleagues, family, clients, people you have worked with/for, networking contacts, etc.). We call these people your respondents. There’s no limit on the number of people you can survey. We suggest shooting for 40-50 respondents. These people must know you well. You don't want them guessing as that will impact the validity of the results.
  2. Send an introductory email to your respondents. To get the most response to your request for feedback, it’s valuable to send an introductory email to your respondents from your email account, letting them know that you will be requesting their feedback using a tool called 360Reach. This ensures that they don’t think the request is SPAM. You can edit the email below and send it to your respondents (just before you send your requests via 360Reach):

Subject: Request for Feedback Please

I value your input! I’ll be sending you a request – through a survey tool called 360Reach Personal Brand Survey – to provide anonymous feedback about my personal brand. This request is part of a business development learning program in which I’m participating.

The 360Reach system is completely anonymous, so please be candid in your responses. It takes only about 10 minutes to complete the survey. If you would like to know more about 360Reach, please visit: https://careerblast.tv/personal-branding-products/360reach-personal-branding-survey/

Thank you in advance for your honest feedback!
