Matthew Pearson
Matthew Pearson, MCC, has been a teacher, assistant principal and principal, and is currently an Administrative Assistant Superintendent. Matt has been a coach since 2014. He is a Metro Learning Communities Professional Leadership Coach, an International Coaching Federation (ICF) Master Certified Coach (MCC), Diversity and Inclusion certificate holder, and Certified Mentor Coach. Matt serves as a program co-director of the New York City Department of Education’s School Leadership Coaching, an ICF-accredited internal coaching program.
