With a PhD in Rhetoric and Composition, an ACC credential, and a background in higher education, Jen brings clarity, strategy, and a touch of humor to every project—whether she’s designing a course, managing engagement, or making complex concepts actually make sense. Pat served on the ICF Global Board of Directors for five years and as vice chair in 2016.
