His leadership philosophy, outlined in his upcoming book "Dynamic Alignment," focuses on generative awareness, relational resonance, and system sight. Jason's mission is to empower individuals and organizations through coaching, fostering positive environments where teams flourish. Carrie Hopkins-Doubts is a highly experienced and certified Spiritual Resilience Coach specializing in supporting individuals through significant life transitions such as bereavement, divorce, career change, and other forms of loss.
Twelve years ago, Carrie founded Life’s Next Chapter Coaching, where she offers a range of services to help people reconnect with their hearts, reclaim their power, and realign with their purpose to create a life they love on the other side of change. Her coaching approach is rooted in extensive training and personal experience, making her adept at guiding others through the emotional upheaval associated with loss. She has created programs like Rebuilding Your Life After Loss to facilitate this healing and transformation process.
Her professional background is a story in three chapters: Professional Orchestra Musician for 20 years, leader in Post-Secondary Education Administration for another 20 years, and she became a professional coach in 2013.
Carrie is the Chair of the ICF Ethics Independent Review Board. Beginning in 2023, Carrie was one of three members of the Steering Committee for the review and revision of the ICF Code of Ethics. This group provided leadership and guidance for the 2025 code review process.
She is also a contributing author in several wellness-focused publications and offers workshops and seminars to help people build resilience and embrace change.

As lead instructor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Certified Professional Coach Program, she educates coaches to integrate cultural humility into their ongoing practice. Samantha brings years of experience in diverse organizational situations, including six years in South Africa with a grassroots movement focused on developing leaders. As a white woman impacted by her roots in rural America, Samantha knows what it is like to intentionally create spaces to be with those different from her, for the sake of learning.
